The official motto of Hanover, PA is Fiat Justitia (Let Justice be Done). Apparantly the Hanover Borough Police Department thinks justice is giving three people trespassing fines because their cans of iced tea are trespassing on a planter. No, i'm not making that up. Those are the words directly from that fine officer's mouth. You read that right - I received a fine today because I sat my iced tea on a ledge/planter. It's police officers like Officer Waltersdork that give other small-town officers a bad name. You know... the one that says they're giant cowards who were nerds in high school and resorted to becoming a police officer in a small town so that they can abuse their "authority" and go on power trips everytime they don't get laid. And how if they really believed in justice they would have become an officer somewhere with real crime, like York or Baltimore.
But anyway - Let Justice be Done. Hell yeah, brother!!
